International Volunteers
The X-Meeting / BSB will offer 5 additional volunteer positions for international participants!
Selected volunteers will be granted with a complimentary registration!
Although each volunteer will work at specific times (to be informed), you are required to be available all day during the three days of the conference (November 3 to 6).
If you submit a volunteer application, DO NOT register to the conference until further notice!Selected volunteers will not need to pay for registration.
1) A Statement of Purpose: a letter describing the reasons why you would like to be a volunteer and why would you be a good one (must be in English).
2) A short Curriculum Vitae
3) Availability: Specifically inform your intended arrival and departure dates
4) Any proof that you are currently enrolled in a foreign institution (such as a valid University badge or ID, a short letter from your advisor, any University document that could proof you are enrolled. It does not need to be an official document).
